Duty, Authorization and Responsibilities

The duties of the Directorate of Personnel Affairs in Article 29 of the Decree Law No 124 on the Administrative Organization of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Institutions;

    1. To make studies about the human resources planning and personnel policy of the university, to make recommendations about the development of the personnel system,
    2. To carry out the appointment, employee and retirement of the administrative and academic staff working in accordance with the Higher Education Law No. 2547, the Higher Education Personnel Law No. 2914 and the Civil Servants Law No. 657
    3. To organize and implement pre-service and in-service training programs of administrative staff.
